I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, thanks to the help of the receptionist Kadir Erdogan who gave us a beautiful room, but the centralized heating made it too hot, forcing us to sleep with the balcony door open. The service, though welcoming, felt a bit inexperienced and lacking in some areas. The location was great, right by the beach, but being adjacent to the wildly crowded public beach was a downside. The dining offered a variety of tasty dishes, catering to all tastes, but there were some disappointments. Overall, the facilities were decent, albeit with room for improvement.

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its personalized services and cleanliness. While the check-in was a bit delayed past 3pm, the beautiful room provided by receptionist Kadir Erdogan made up for it. The staff was helpful and outstanding, especially the kids at the valet parking, and I appreciated the platinum elite late checkout guarantee for 4 pm on Saturday. However, the service at the front desk and their duty manager was a letdown with their unfriendliness.
